    • STRUCTURE: RCC Structure with individual footings. Since the Soil is sand and Clay, all footings are laid on a platform of 1.5 feet thick concrete.
    • FLOORING : Vitrified Tiles for all rooms except Toilets.
    • Toilets: Anti-Skid Tiles will be laid for the Flooring. Tiles upto a height of 7 feet will be fixed on all walls. One hot water tap connected to the Geycer Point and one Cold water tap will be provided. Indian Toilet / Western Toilet (at the suggestion of the Customer) will be provided. HINDWARE or equilant CP Fittings and Sanitary Fittings will be fitted in the Toilet.
    • Kitchen: L shaped Kitchen Platform will be provided. Granite Top will be laid on the Platform with perforation for Gas Pipe and Stainless Steel Sink. L shaped Loft will be provided.
    • ELECTRICAL POINTS: Sufficient Electrical points will be provided for the entire flat to cater to all the needs. IN HALL Electrical points will be provided for Tube Light, Chandlier, Night Lamp, Fan, TV, Music System. IN KITCHEN Electrical points will be provided for Tube Light, Night Lamp, Fan, Chimney, Mixer, Grinder, Fridge. IN BEDROOM Electrical points will be provided for Tube Light, Night Lamp, Fan, TV and Music System. IN TOILETS Electrical points will be provided for Tube Light, Geyser. ANCHOR ROMA or EQUILANT Switches will be provided for all Electrical Points.
    • PAINTING: All Inner walls will be color finished over a coat of patti. All External Walls will be painted with All Weather Paint. Enamel Paint will be used for grills and Wood. Main Door will be Varnished.
    • DOORS: Main Door will be of Teak wood Frame with Teak wood Flush Door. All other Doors will be of Chemically treated Seasoned Country Wood Frame (to avoid Shrinkage or Expansion) with Flush Door. Toilet Door will be PVC coated on the backside.
    • Note: 1. If the Customer is opting to go for a substitute for any of the Specifications mentioned above, the cost the specifications mentioned above will be deducted. 2. If the Customer wants to alter or add any other specifications to the above mentioned, then, the same will be sent to the Architect for viability and only if the Architect approves, the said additional specifications will be provided. ALSO that the Customer shall pay the additional cost upfront before starting the work.
